Lopen Tandin Tshewang
I joined the Central Monastic Body of Bhutan and became a monk in the year 2000. Then I completed my secondary education from Simtokha Shedra in Thimphu. After that I sought guidance from learned Masters like, Khewang Norbu Gyeltshen, former Yoenten Lopen Tulku Thinley, and Khenchen Kuenzang Thinley and learned various Buddhist philosophies and literature. In the year 2022 I did M.A in Buddhism from the Dorden Buddhist University, and went to Chari Monastery for preliminary Mahamudra meditation. Currently I’m serving as an IT instructor here at Dorden Tashithang University, and serving the Sangha community.
